Are there any hidden fees?

We’re big fans of transparency. Our packages list everything that is included and we walk through your contract with you so that we’re all on the same page. We’ll never surprise you with extra things that need to be paid for. Happy surprises only!

Can I use my own vendors?

We love meeting all the talented people working in this industry. You are required to use bartenders and security. Food MUST be provided by a licensed and insured caterer. We do charge an outside vendor fee if you choose to hire a DJ who is not on our preferred vendor list. Everything else is open as long as they’re licensed and insured!

How long do I have access to the venue?

Our standard rental is 10:00 am - 11:00 pm. However, we have some great add-on options that include adding an hour to the morning of your rental! Three of our packages also include an hour rehearsal and access to the property for bridal and engagement photos.

How do I save my date?

You love it? So do we! The next step is to pay your booking fee (which comes out of your total) and sign your contract. Simple as that.

What amenities do you provide?

We provide tables, chairs, decor, a catering kitchen, fridge, and freezer. Our buildings have central AC, heating, and are accessible. We also have packages that include set-up, tear-down, and cleaning.
